error 404 _ page not found

Back in the early 2000s, the idea came that the error code was named after a room number: Room 404. In fact, Room 404 housed the web's first servers at CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research in Switzerland). Besides, someone said that the World Wide Web inventor, Tim Berners-Lee (whom we met in China a few years ago when he attended one of our sessions!), had his office there and that he frequently could not be found.
